Plant tiny seeds on well-drained soil in fall or early spring before the soil warms.  Water to establish and to extend bloom time.

Thread-leaved phacelia will self-sow, though it is not very competitive with other plants and often fades out over time.  Collect new seeds when the plant is mature and sprinkle in open dry areas to establish new plants.
